Owners and Chefs Christina Johnson and Paul Eastman are living their dream of creating home made special food for guests to enjoy in a personalized dining room. After meeting in a garden while living and working in Hawaii we decided the best spot for our first restaurant would be New England. After searching many towns we knew Amesbury was perfect, and our feeling turned out to be right.
Phat Cats menu is casually upscale and moderately priced with lighter items and half portions to choose from. A bamboo crafted bar surrounds locally crafted beers, a well rounded wine list and enough spirits to enjoy house specialty cocktails.
All menu and special ordered items are prepared in house. Hand crafted by Chef Paul, Christina and their well trained staff.
We work with local farmers, domestic Seafood and lots of natural products.
Both Christina and Paul are trained professionals both with many years of experience, college educated and well traveled.
